• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit, and that method must be registered in your own name. Funds earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details). bab99 reserves the right to confirm your identity for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on bab99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bab99 is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from conversion fees or exchange rates.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place bets worth ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• After claiming a bonus, the deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements are met.
• If fraud or abuse of the bonus system is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• bab99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bab99 is committed to fair play. Our games are operated using independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes. bab99 reserves the right to cancel a round if a technical issue affects the gaming result.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Threatening or harassing other users

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately and any outstanding funds will be forfeited.
